New Product Announcement!

Target Systems has teamed with Momentum, Inc; a management and process consulting firm in Camp Hill, PA and is pleased to announce the launch of a new Meaningful Use Assessment Tool!  The tool is designed to help Healthcare Providers and organizations pursue, achieve, and attest to Meaningful Use of their Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems.

The Tool is web-based and can be accessed anywhere a user can get to a browser.  Users can input their statistics on Meaningful Use measures which they pull directly from their existing EHR system.  The tool tracks and shows progress against required goals laid out under the Medicare EHR Incentive Program.

Target Systems forms S.C.O.R.E.

Target Systems, with headquarters in the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania area for more than 18 years, has always had an interest in reaching out to the local community whenever and wherever we could. Over the years, Target Systems has supported a number of local and national charities, many of which are on an annual basis.

Target Systems is now proud to announce a formal endeavor within the company, Supporting Community Out-Reach Events, or SCORE, whose sole purpose is to seek out and coordinate concentrated philanthropic efforts within the community we both live and work in.

As we move forward with this effort, we will be posting upcoming events for both employees, friends, family, and people in the local community to participate in both here on our webpage and on our Facebook site. Look for details on our October drive to support the Hoffman Homes for Youth and our November Family Fun Night to support the Wounded Warrior Project.

Focus On Target Systems

-  As mandated for Business Associates by the HIPAA HITECH Act, Target Systems is HIPAA compliant.  Target Systems has a written HIPAA Privacy Plan, Security Plan, Breach Notification Plan, and trains all its employees working with health care information in HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.

-  Target Systems currently has two Fully Qualified Navy Validators performing work for the Department of the Navy in the Information Assurance (IA) arena.  Aside from the Navy, Target Systems currently conducts IA-related tasks for the Department of Defense, PA Department of Health, and a number of other government and commercial entities.

-  Target Systems currently utilizes the Wingman Knowledge Capture product in many of our customer solutions.  Wingman is a unique web-based tool to help businesses and organizations stay in business and improve operations by capturing their valuable "how things are done" knowledge in context.
