Target Systems is a prime contractor on Seaport NXG for all regions and all functional areas. Our competitive rates and broad capabilities ensure successful projects well within budget. This is a task based contract with a selection of pricing arrangements available.
Commercial Pricing
Target Systems has established a Commercial Catalog January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2015-2015 and Commercial Catalog January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2020 as required for various contracts. Labor Rates and Labor Category Descriptions are included.
Pennsylvania Invitation to Qualify (ITQ)
Target Systems is qualified to provide services to Pennsylvania public sector (Commonwealth, Local, Municipal) entities.
Subcontracting and Partnering
Target Systems is experienced, willing and able to join the teams of other contractors. Our classification as a woman-owned, veteran-owned small business will assist with any subcontracting requirements. Our highly qualified personnel and competitive labor rates will provide critical support for the success of any project.
